About this Event
Enjoy your Sunday with a difference at Kadampa Meditation Centre Singapore. This course is designed to give you time to learn about meditation and Buddhism as well as time to relax and gain a sense of contentment and well being that comes from practising meditation.
Anger is one of the most destructive emotional states that harm both ourselves and others. Many of our relationship problems with others are caused by the fire of anger.
In this course on Overcoming Anger, we will look at:
- Identifying what are the root causes of Anger
- Practical methods on how to overcome our anger, irritations and tensions.
- How a daily meditation practice can help us gain peace in our life.
- The meditations taught in this course will be practical instructions that we can take away to practice on our own.

Course Teacher:
Dave Turberfield enjoys sharing his love for Kadam Dharma and has a lightness in guiding meditation. He has been studying on the Teacher Training Programme for many years and his heartfelt and practical teachings are easy to follow.
