This is a popular Chinese Cantonese dishes that’s available at just about all hawker centers food courts throughout Singapore.  It’s the combination of yellow egg noodles, wanton dumplings, some small boiled vegetables, and often some slices of char siu meat.

The noodles come with some fresh dumplings, its filling usually contains a mixture of minced pork, and sometimes bits of shrimp, sesame oil, and some other seasonings are mixed up, added to the center of a dumpling wrapper, wrapped into a little bite sized

Singapore wanton mee version is somewhat similar to Malaysia’s, where noodles are served dry with a bowl of wanton soup. Char siew is also added to the noodles, and sometimes, you get fried wantons. The Thai wanton noodles is usually garnished with dried chilli flakes, sugar, and fish sauce.
