We are a Singaporean couple with post-graduate degrees from established universities. We have been married for 15 years, have two school-going children and have experience studying abroad. Thus, we understand the needs of foreign students and are deeply attuned to the concerns of parents.
Our Homestay-Guardian service offers international students a homey accommodation during their stay in Singapore. We will help assimilate them into Singaporean life. We accept students who study in either government or private preparatory schools.
Where We Are
CozyHomeStayOur establishment is a lovely 3-storey, 4,000 sqft. semi-detached house at Countryside Road. It is conveniently located in Ang Mo Kio-Yio Chu Kang area, and is close to the Yio Chu Kang MRT Station. Within the vicinity is the bustling Ang Mo Kio Hub which offers a host of amenities such as shopping centers, supermarkets, restaurants, banks, cinemas and a library.
Nearby Schools / Tertiary Institutions
There are many primary and secondary schools nearby, and they include Anderson Primary School, CHIJ St Nicholas (Primary and Secondary), Yio Chu Kang Primary School, Anderson Secondary School, Mayflower Secondary School, Presbyterian High School, and Yio Chu Kang Secondary School, amongst others. Nearby tertiary institutions include Anderson Junior College and Nanyang Polytechnic. Other private educational centers are easily accessible from the nearby Yio Chu Kang MRT.
