About the Programme/Event
What do some leaders have, that others do not? While some of us may aspire to lead at school, or at the workplace, not all are equipped with skills or the confidence to lead others in overcoming obstacles and challenges.
Find out more about what you need to develop effective leadership skills, which will benefit you both professionally and personally. This workshop also includes an activity that will help you assess your own leadership effectiveness.
About the Trainer
Roy Ong started his working experience in cost accounting in the civil service, manufacturing, and building and construction industry. He then went on to become a trainer and business consultant, completing local and overseas projects in Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Myanmar.
